Packs / Gun Cases / Bow Cases: If you would like to return your pack you may do so. The tags should be on it and will need to be in its original condition. You will be refunded all of your money except the cost to ship it to you. You are responsible for return shipping as well. Clothing / Hats: No returns accepted on clothing unless it is damaged when you receive it. This must be reported with 1 week of receiving the item. Call imediately 208-870-2599 and we will refund money or ship a new one.

Knives: Knives are backed by Havalon 100%. Return for any reason if you are unhappy. Your money will be refunded minus the shipping and handling cost. You are responsible to ship the item back to Ridgeline Outdoors.

Stickers: Stickers may not be returned unless they are not as stated and shown on the website. Money may be refunded minus shipping and handling cost to you. You are responsible to ship the item back to Ridgeline Outdoors.

Quivers: If you would like to return your quiver you may do so. The tags should be on it and will need to be in its original condition. You will be refunded all of your money except the cost to ship it to you and a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping as well. Money will be returned once the pack is received in the above stated condition. Please call prior to mailing at 208-870-2599.

DVD's: Unused, unopened DVD's may be returned, minus shipping and handling cost. You are responsible for return shipping as well. Call before returning any items.
